INTERNATIONAL PARISH PICNIC FOR ALL THE FAMILY
We would like to invite our parish family to join us in an International Picnic Afternoon. This is a chance to showcase your talents and entertain the rest of the Parsh. If you would like to sign up, and be part of the ‘Talent Show’ there will be a list on the table in the Atrium. This event will be held on a Sunday afternoon, and dependant on numbers, so please try and support. Date and more information to follow. There will be a meeting on 16th June at 7pm to discuss this further. Please attend if you want to be involved in the ‘Talent Show.’
UCM TRIP TO CHESTER
On 17th June the UCM will be leaving Church at 10.30am and depart Chester at 4.30pm. There is an exhibition at Chester Cathedral of 12 enormous silk panels retelling the creation story from the first pages of the Bible. 8 million stitches! All seats are now taken! All monies now due.

CAUSE FOR THE BEATIFICATION OF PEDRO BALLESTER
The Diocese of Salford has formally opened the Cause for the Beatification and Canonisation of Pedro Ballester, a young man from Manchester who died in 2018 at the age of 21. Pedro was known for his warmth, Generosity and strong faith. After being diagnosed with cancer while at university, he faced his illness with remarkable courage, offering his suffering in prayer and trusting deeply in God. As part of this process, the Diocese is inviting anyone who knew Pedro or who has memories, testimonies or writings relating to him, to come forward to help build a fuller picture of his life and Zharacter.
