UCM
The UCM meeting on Wednesday 3rd June will be at 7.30pm in the Atrium.
UCM TRIP TO CHESTER
We will be leaving Church at 10.30am and depart Chester at 4.30pm. There is an exhibition at Chester Cathedral of 12 enormous silk panels retelling the creation story from the first pages of the Bible. 8 million stitches! CARITAS VOLUNTEER WEEK
From 1st-7th June it is national Volunteer week, with various
celebrations and activities taking place across the UK. Our diocesan charity, Caritas Salford, has a wide range of volunteering opportunities available to help support heir work with people in Greater Manchester and Lancashire who are experiencing homelessness, poverty and discrimination. The Manchester Oratory are holding a Quarant’ore devotion from Thursday 5th June to Saturday 7th June. All are warmly welcome to spend time in prayer and adoration before the Blessed Sacrament during these special days of devotion. Please see poster on the noticeboard.
